I’m pretty sure Amanda was sick of people singing “Let it go….” whenever they talked about her wedding as the big day got closer. It was scheduled to rain, rain and then rain some more with a few clouds and wait, did I already mention rain? Right, because it DID rain – though not on her parade because this day went absolutely PERFECTLY. People smiled and had fun, vows were spoken, laughter was heard and dancing was done!
I met the girls at Amanda’s parents house and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house with more photographs covering the walls. Ever. I could have spent all day there just looking through the history of this family and this made me realize just how much the photographs I’D be taking would be cherished and soon to be adorning those very walls. Throughout the day there were personal touches. Amanda wore her Mom’s veil, her Mom’s garter, her Grandmother’s handkerchief was wrapped around her bouquet, Amanda and Phillip left the church in her Grandfather’s Model T-Ford, memories appearing everywhere. It was awesome.
They were married at Union United Methodist Church in McBee, and their reception was held at Hartsville Country Club. Now, let’s get on to the fun part – the photos 🙂
The bracelet Amanda wore was a gift from the Maid of Honor and had the coordinates of the church stamped on it – very cool!
Did I mention they were Clemson fans? Because they are HUGE Clemson fans 🙂
