Last night, I attended the Open House of Planning Our Day located in the beautiful town of Newberry, SC. To say I was blown away by the location, studio AND the Designer – Michelle Tisdale – would be an understatement.
Situated above her family’s print shop – Sun Printing Company, Michelle’s studio/loft has undergone a dramatic and absolutely GORGEOUS renovation – one I am utterly jealous of 😉 A lot of work has CLEARLY gone into this design and it shows. Michelle’s work is beautifully highlighted around the studio and you feel very welcome and comfortable while being there.
Lots of people attended the open house – I was there with my good friend Stephanie Forte of Elegant Events (amazing wedding planner!!!) and we both came away with lots of new ideas of how we would both work with Michelle and Planning Our Day in the future! I will be recommending Planning Our Day to ALL my current AND future brides – especially if they want personal, unique and elegant handcrafted invitations!

Food last night was provided by The Palms Grill & Bar – they have been voted Newberry’s Best All-Around Restaurant!
